I’ve experienced first hand the ripple effects and lasting damage that can occur when family businesses, family values, and family members are forgotten and left behind.

 

For 27 years I ran from this world, living and breathing corporate, leading global programmes and scaling innovation as a means of escape.

 

Yet the turmoil created by fractured family relationships, unheard voices and disconnected generations always seemed to be an ever present in my life, a constant nagging of concern never far from mind. I decided then; to make it my main purpose to bridge these unseen chasms within the inner circle of family run businesses, miscommunications that can destroy both trust and relationships.

 

Returning to entrepreneurship with a deep determination, I’m here to break the cycle. Here to transform these fractured legacies into ones that can thrive and thrive long into the future.
